OBJECTIVES AND STRATEGY: KNOWING WHERE AND HOW TO COMMUNICATE

UpDay approached Life with a challenge that was primarily strategic, due to the company’s target audience which was extremely varied and diversified. They asked us to design their website to connect clearly and efficiently with each of its user groups: its client companies and end users – the employees of these companies – and its partner shops and restaurants.

The difficulty lay in the fact that the services UpDay offers to each of its user groups are very different. The challenge was to maintain cohesion and coherence throughout the website, despite addressing different users. It was therefore a priority to adopt an information architecture which presented general information alongside more specific, ‘technical’ information without confusing users.

VERSATILE, EFFECTIVE AND CLEAR

As well as working on the UX, we seamlessly integrated each of the specific tools and services the company offers its users, such as the possibility of working out how much you save from using meal vouchers or the tax benefits of certain incentives. 

The website became central not only to communication but also to the services it provided online, delivering an efficient experience for a wide public with very different profiles and needs.
