Parmacotto, a change management project
The well-known Italian food manufacturer chose Life to organise and run the press conference to ‘relaunch’ the brand, re-establishing media relations with the public and journalists after a long silence. We assisted Parmacotto with the delicate task of communicating its new acquisition, following the transition from the previous owner.
We worked closely with the company’s marketing team to produce a new press kit and material explaining Parmacotto’s new identity, to ensure the mission and vision which make it such a unique company on the Italian market were correctly represented.
More than 20 journalists attended the press conference at the famous headquarters in Parma and we arranged one-on-one interviews with the new President and CEO with each of them. A total of 80 articles were published by the main agencies, daily papers and national periodicals.
