Our partnership with Caseificio Comellini began at a time of great uncertainty due to the Covid-19 emergency; as a result of this situation, we had to revisit our planned communication strategies and dynamics several times, updating them constantly to adapt as best we could to the ever-changing landscape between the company, press and final user.
All our activities were inspired by the intuition and drive of Luca Comellini, CEO of the company, who wanted to build a strong communication presence in his area, increasing awareness of the brand as a solid business with close ties to the
local area and its people. A brand whose products have deep roots in the food and wine tradition found along the Via Emilia.
We started by drawing up a detailed plan of press office activities, working on both the corporate and product aspects of the brand. Our first task was to prepare some essential press office material, namely a complete press kit which contained a short profile with the company’s facts and figures and data sheets of the products to introduce journalists to the new Comellini.
We began working on a daily basis with both the trade press, scouting for opportunities for interviews so the management could connect directly with buyers, and the consumer press to strengthen awareness among consumers and guide them in their choice of wholesome, healthy and fresh products.
Our B2C activities involve reaching out to journalists and the most popular influencers and bloggers in the sector, sending products for them to test so they can review them on their blogs and other platforms.
