LIFE ADOPTS A FLUID BUSINESS MODEL AND, IN THE WAKE OF THE 2020 LOCKDOWN, INTRODUCES 100% SMART WORKING FOR ITS 50 EMPLOYEES, FIRST OUT OF NECESSITY AND THEN AS A STRATEGIC CHOICE. ITS PRIORITIES ARE TRUST, RESPONSIBILITY, COLLABORATION AND… AMBITIOUS TARGETS TO MEET!

The idea of introducing working from home for everyone had already been suggested by the agency’s management but was fast tracked due to the critical situation brought on by the pandemic. It was made possible thanks to considerable investments in innovative digital tools and technology. This new working model is versatile and extremely flexible and, at the same time, ensures the same quality, creativity and efficiency as before.

Thanks to this new and agile working model, Life’s 50 professionals now all work from home and everyone has their own personal contract in line with current employment legislation.
